At its annual general meeting, Ontex Group’s board of directors approved several appointments. Inge Boets VB, was reappointed and named permanent representative to the board, as an independent director. Additionally, Ebrahim Attarzadeh was named non-executive director and Paul McNulty was named independent director. Attarzadeh was proposed by ENA Investment Capital and McNulty was proposed by Veraison.
